PROCESSING TIME
- Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday - Friday, UTC+7 Vietnam time)
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships
- Processing does not include weekends or public holidays

- Europe: 10-18 business days

⚡ EXPRESS SHIPPING (Available, additional $15-25 depending on location)

- We will file a claim with the carrier

- Free return shipping to Vietnam warehouse (first return)
- Return address provided in your shipping confirmation
